As a valued BW customer, you’ll receive a minimum 5-year warranty for all parts and accessories that are not damaged through misuse.

Our furniture is of the finest quality in the world – however, in the event your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations or you experience product failure within the warranty period, we’re here to help.

We also act as agents for our furniture designers and manufacturers. This includes managing all warranty claims on your behalf. Final decision on your warranty claim will, however, remain with the manufacturer.

Manufacturer warranties vary depending on each product, but in general your furniture often comes with a guarantee that you may be entitled to replacement, refund or repair of any faulty goods within the warranty period.

Please contact us immediately if you have a warranty claim. To help us in taking care of the claim for you, please remember to have details of:

  • Your proof of purchase (copy of invoice, point of sale receipt or sales order)
  • An image and description of fault
  • The address where the product is currently located
  • Your contact details (these must correspond to the purchaser’s details).


These details will help us make a claim on your behalf, so you get a faster resolution.
